Most of your needs are provided for; however you may want a few personal items. Please limit 2 bags per person. The bedrooms are small and storage space is very limited.

WHAT TO BRING:

1. Any prescription medications that are approved by our RN. Must be in original bottle with dosing instructions, must be valid and current. Do not mix medications in one bottle. Lifeline provides over-the-counter needs such as Tylenol, Tums, Band-Aids, earplugs, etc.
2. Unscented personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, etc)
3. Alarm clock
4. MP3-type player, music only, no video. Must have headphones.
5. Small radios ok
6. Bedrooms come furnished with all bedding and linens. You can bring your own pillow and personal bedding if you prefer. We do not have the capacity for laundering personal bedding.
7. Limit of 10 music CDs per person. Must be original CD, no burned copies. Must be appropriate for treatment environment.
8. Dress code is nice casual. Please dress appropriately for a co-ed facility. Clothes must cover stomach, cleavage, etc. No tank tops. No sagging pants.
9. Pajamas, bathrobe, shower shoes, swimsuit or trunks, good walking shoes
10. Tank tops are only allowed at the gym for swimming
11. All clients wear shirts with sleeves on and off the grounds of the treatment facility
12. Shorts must be to the knee. Short shorts will be kept in storage until your departure
13. Appropriate underwear is required
14. Cigarettes, chewing tobacco, nicotine replacement gum or lozenges. Lighters are provided for smoke breaks and cannot be allowed on the unit.
15. Phone card(s) for residential unit. Cell Phones for PSU.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

1. Colognes and perfumes, no fragrances of any kind including body wash, lotions, etc. No personal hygiene products with alcohol in the first 5 ingredients.
2. Any over the counter medications. These are supplied.
3. Any items or clothing with drug or alcohol symbols, logos, slogans
4. Any items or clothing that could be offensive  such as racist, sexist, gang related or homophobic, etc.
5. No valuables. We do not have sufficient locked storage. PLEASE LIMIT CASH AND VALUABLES INCLUDING JEWELRY.
6. No food or snacks.
7. Electronic or video games
8. DVD movies
9. Any music device that has internet or phone access
